Contrails take sweet vanilla marshmallows and transform them through freeze-drying into light, crisp bites with an airy crunch. The familiar vanilla sweetness remains, but the soft marshmallow texture has been replaced by something altogether more unusual.

Unusual formations were first observed drifting above the Area Fifty Yum Research Division during routine atmospheric monitoring. Unlike ordinary clouds, recovered samples were remarkably sweet, unusually light, and showed a distinct vanilla signature.
Further examination revealed that the formations had become crisp and airy, dissolving almost immediately upon consumption.
Researchers continue to debate their origin. Public distribution has been authorized while atmospheric monitoring continues.
